#Hungary - Dinner
We planned to do a camping weekend and a little party at "our" fishing lake. I made pasta salad and some other stuff, they were going to do some good food, called Pacal here in Hungary and menudo in mexico. It is some sort of gulash, made of cow stomach. Doesn't sound very great, but cooked right, it's awesome :)!

#Hungary - Balaton airport, Hungary 2008
Balaton airport, Hungary 2008
While being at that tiny airport the first time around, I saw old, abandoned structures.
So, when picking up my hubby again, I went there a few hours early to photograph some of them.
It was fairly creepy to say the least and I have no clue what they were once used for.
Old military facilities, maybe (edit: Just looked it up, it was built as a military airport in 1940, no idea yet what the use after that was)
I yet have to edit most of the photos, so more to come at one point in time ;-)

I've always loved rain and misty days.
Since being in the Middle East on and off for 3 years I enjoy them even more.
Of course they can get annoying for photo ops or just get you down when it lasts too long.
I still love it though. How about you: Sunshine or rain / Summer or winter?

#365 - Let's walk
Little Max decided to take a walk with us today.
His owner wasn't too pleased after he woke up, but what should I have done? Wake him up for that ;)?
Max is supposed to be the watchdog at the lake when he's grown up. So he shouldn't have contact to anybody, only his owners.
But give me a break,. Then you need to put him in a cage from baby days on, no? ;)

(Why is it so hard to take a decent shot from a little puppy? Do they really have to start moving every time you point that camera in their direction? ;)

#365 - Proud
Yepp, I am.
I caught my first Pike (Hecht) yesterday.
Only a baby, but nonetheless my first "real" fish caught with a Lurer from Salmo :)
Only had time to download pics from the last few days and upload this one and we are heading out the door again in a few minutes ;)
Have a great weekend - we will enjoy some good fish later again and hopefully some sunshine. But it looks a bit cloudy and cold...oh well :)
We were trying these new Lurers from Salmo and were lucky quite a few times. Floyd caught three Pike off them and I caught my first one.
Pretty cool :)!
