This weather is weird.
It's one moment cold, then it gets warm, in the afternoon yo freeze your butt off
then it gets warm again. And I don't know, but to me, it's the coldest winter,
I've experienced in Kuwait so far.
Not really complaining, I am dreading the coming summer :-/

We've been actually WALKING this morning. Down to Fahaheel beach. It was still pitch dark, but the advantage was that not too many people were about. It started getting 'crowded' on my way back. Perfect timing. King was panting like a steam engine for at least another hour and it took me a while to stop sweating. Boy, we are out of shape :-) It rained last night and it's cloudy every day - love it!

It rained Monday night / morning.
When I took the dogs, I got the last bit of it, about 20 drops ;-)
It's been a gorgeous, sunny, fresh day yesterday and today it's cloudy again, but without the mugginess.
Love it, it can stay that way!

#365 - Cooler is better

It's officially getting cold in Kuwait.
I saw the first Asian in a thick winter jacket and wool hat
 & King stayed with me on the balcony first time since March ;)

Also a good time to move the plants back outside to catch some sunlight.

Weather yesterday: Cloudy with a chance of meatballs dust.
It was humid, in the morning it smelled like rain, but soon enough I realized, it's humidity.

Today it's gorgeous though. Nice and cool and clear :-)

 And here's a view to our collective trash pile. Growing since two weeks, yumyum! And the water that's growing all kinds of new Life, science at my doorstep...

#365 / Kuwait weather

Made it to the beach the first time in months. Didn't let the dogs off the leash though, too much trash.
Just wanted to walk some. It was windy, but the sand didn't get me thanks to a low tide and me not being in the 'line of fire' :-)
There's no more Seaglass. Guess due to all the construction the tide line has changed.

Hab's endlich nochmal zum Strand geschafft, es ist wunderbar kuehl morgens. Es war sehr windig, aber der Sand hat mich nicht erwischt, da Ebbe :-)
Hunde hab ich an der Leine gelassen, viel zu viel Muell und ich wollte einfach nur was laufen.
Es gibt kein 'Seaglass' mehr. Schaetze wegen den ganzen Umbauarbeiten.

Dust Party - Day one, 5.30am

Hazy dust, dangerous. You go out, thinking its humidity or dust and breathe it. Am sitting on the balcony anyway. But not for much longer, not smart.
The forecast had it until Thursday, but they took Tu & Wed out (they don't mention it for today any more either though, so go figure), temps are up to 45C / 113F, but here at the coast it's less - only about 40C.

It seems I cannot win, can I? It's either dust, backpain and headache or more dust. Here's to hoping it doesn't grow into a grown up dust storm and just stays hazy and icky.

We got one of those sneaky dust storms. The ones where you think it's just windy and gloomy. 
Really weird is, that it comes from the ocean. 
Sure tell tale sign was the sky turning yellow. 
It's all the Iranian's fault, I tell you!

Working with metal clothes hangers and wash pins. :-)
